All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp using the contact details provided on our website. Cancellations are effective only upon confirmation by Plan Your Voyages.
Flight tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel services are governed by the respective airline, hotel, or service provider’s cancellation rules. Plan Your Voyages acts only as an intermediary and does not control these policies.
Refund eligibility depends on the specific booking terms. Certain bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable. Any applicable service charges, convenience fees, or third-party charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved by the concerned service provider, the amount will be processed within 7–14 working days. The refunded amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Visa processing fees, embassy fees, and service charges are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted, irrespective of visa approval or rejection.
Failure to report for travel, accommodation, or scheduled services may be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be applicable in such cases.
Plan Your Voyages shall not be responsible for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, airline operational issues, or similar events. Refunds, if any, will be subject to the policies of the respective service providers.
