Mode of Service Delivery

All travel-related documents including flight tickets, hotel vouchers, itineraries, invoices, and visa-related assistance details are shared electronically through email, WhatsApp, or other digital communication channels provided by the customer at the time of booking.

Delivery Timeframe

Digital delivery of services depends on the nature of the booking:

  • Flight and hotel confirmations are typically shared within 24–48 hours
  • Customized tour packages are delivered as per agreed timelines
  • Visa processing timelines depend on embassy or consulate procedures

No Physical Shipment

Since all services are provided digitally, there is no involvement of courier services, postal delivery, or physical shipment of documents.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Plan Your Voyages will not be liable for delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete information shared by the customer.
